2006:

"Performance of a Voltage and a Charge Feedback Amplifier Driving an MFC Actuator" by M. A. Noras, W. A. Maryniak, an oral presentation was given at the "5th Asian Meeting on Electroceramics (AMEC5)" held 12/10-14, 2006, in Bangkok, Thailand.

"A Charge Feedback Controller for a Piezoelectric Voltage Amplifier/Driver" by M. A. Noras, P. McAnn, J. Kieres, was accepted for a poster presentation at the "2006 MRS Fall Meeting" held 11/27-12/01, in Boston, MA.

"A Simple Instrument for Q/d/m Measurements on Powders" by M. A. Noras, an oral presentation was given at the "Control of Particulate Processes VII Conference" held 10/29 - 11/2, 2006, at the Harrison Hot Springs, BC, Canada.

"Electrostatic Measurements on Semiconductors" by M. A. Noras, a presentation at the SEMI North America Standards Meeting held October 16, 2006 1:30pm-5:30pm, Portland Marriott, Portland Oregon.

"Power Supply Systems for Driving Actuators" by M. A. Noras, a Power Point presentation at the "47th ICAT/JTTAS Joint International Smart Actuator Symposium" held October 3-4, 2006, at State College, PA.

Trek gave a presentation at the 28th Annual EOS/ESD Symposium, held Wednesday, September 13, (morning session 4B.3) in Tucson, Arizona entitled: "Trends in External Ionizer Monitoring and Control" (with ESDA Ionization committee members as co-authors).

Trek gave a presentation at the 2nd Nordic ESD Conference (International Conference on ESD), held September 5 and 6, 2006 in Karlskoga, Sweden entitled: "Surface Potential Measurements in Electrostatics - New Developments" (M. A. Noras and J. Kieres, authors with Trek Research and Development Engineer, Peter McAnn presenting).

Trek's Dr. Maciej Noras was invited to participate in a Standards Technical Education Program (STEP) session at Semicon West 2006 on July 10, 2006 at the San Francisco Marriott. At the STEP6 session entitled "Electrostatic Issues in Semiconductor Manufacturing" Dr. Noras gave a presentation: "Electrostatic Measurement Issues and SEMI 43" and participated in a panel discussion.
