Our close association with, and commitment to, the electrophotography industry continues with innovative designs for voltmeters, charger-roller power supplies, and low cost, high performance OEM sensors. These products are used in an electrostatic image-forming process. Electrophotography is utilized in laser printers, copiers, fax machines and many other printing devices.(corona charging, roller charging, etc.), while electrostatic voltmeters (stand-alone or on-board) are used in electrophotography quality control and frequently provide feedback for process adjustment. Paper Charge Measurements

Trek’s DC feedback electrostatic voltmeters provide precise measurements of the voltage of the charged paper in electrophotographic processes.

Corona Charging/Discharging Supplies
Trek’s high voltage power supplies/amplifiers/controllers are used to:

  • Control the DC, AC or, AC with DC offset voltages.
  • Control the total output current. (It mode)

Scorotron Grid Supplies
Trek’s high voltage power supplies/amplifiers are used to control the scorotron grid voltage to regulate the photoconductor voltage level.

Primary Charge Roller
Trek’s charge amplifies are used to control the charging level of a primary charge roller to uniformly charge a photoconductive surface. There supplies provide an ability to control a DC offset level with an added AC current level.

Developer Roller Supplies
Trek’s high voltage amplifier/power supplies are used to control DC, AC, or AC with DC offset voltage levels to control the voltage level of a developer roller to provide highly efficient toner transfer from the developer roller to a photoconductive surface.

Toner Charge-to-Mass Ratio Measurement System
Trek’s charge to mass measurement system is able to accurately measure the charge to mass ratio of either dual component or single component developers.
